Rough puff pastry top with a shortcrust base, filled with seitan, mushrooms, asparagus and peas in a creamy white wine sauce.

Clive's very own herby seitan packs a meat-free punch in this spring vegetable medley. Serve with baked potatoes for pub-style grub at home.

Cooking Instructions: Remove from packaging and place pie (in foil) on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. From chilled: 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas Mark 4 - 20-25mins From frozen: 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6 40-45 mins. Allow to rest for a few minutes - then enjoy!

Storage Instructions: Chilled: Store below 5°C. Frozen: Store below -18°C. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
