All of our Allotment Bakery sourdough is handmade in small batches using locally milled flour, organic sea salt, and water; so we can assure you there’s only good stuff in your loaf.
The slow fermentation process of naturally leavened bread gives Allotment Bakery sourdough its characteristic thick crust, soft open crumb, and mellow sour tang.
Please note that this product is not available for Click-and-Collect on Mondays.
