Ingredients: Kibbled chickpeas*, Brown rice flour*, Onion*, Spices (ground cumin*, ground coriander*, ground black pepper*), parsley*, sea salt, garlic powder*
Directions: To make 8 balls you will need 1 tbsp of sunflower oil and the juice of half a lemon.
1) Put 120g of falafel mix into a bowl, add 125ml of boiling water, 1 tbsp of sunflower oil and a squeeze of lemon juice. Stir well and leave to rest uncovered for 10 min.
2) With wet hands, shape into round balls
3) Fry your falafels in a little hot oil for 5 minutes until golden.
4) Serve with a sprinkling of sea salt and a little more lemon juice.
