You know we HAD to make sure we added Fitzbillies vegan sausage rolls to our range. Made right here in Cambridge these supremely tasty vegan sausage rolls are filled with wholesome ingredients like butternut squash, mushrooms, rice and herbs. We particularly love the seasoning which gives a nod to stuffing. The pastry is flaky on the outside and a bit heavier on the inside providing the perfect comfort food balance.
Eat cold or pop one in the microwave for 20 seconds to warm through.
FILLING: vegan soya mince (Rehydrated textured soya protein, yeast extract, caramel colouring, onion powder, dextrose, salt, white pepper, citric acid, maltodextrin), mushrooms, butternut squash, onion, brown rice, garlic powder, sage, thyme, breadcrumbs (white flour [wheat, calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin], sunflower oil, yeast, salt), salt, white pepper.
PASTRY: wheat flour (wheat, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), margarine (palm oil (from sustainable sources), rapeseed oil, water, salt, emulsifier: mono- & diglycerides of fatty acids), water, salt.
