How To Use Shampoo Bars

Shampoo bars are quite similar to normal soap bars, we suggest to creating a lather with your hands and applying it to your hair. Rubbing the shampoo bar directly onto hair may work for some but that can leave residues.

Instead of a conditioner Zero Waste Path suggest using an acid rinse spray which helps balance the alkaline pH of the shampoo, leaving hair soft, detangled and shiny.

Recipe:

1 cup of water
1 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar
5 drops of essential oil (optional)

Mix in a spray bottle, spray evenly and then rinse

Once hair is dry it won't smell of vinegar!
