Bounty Brownies (Vegan & Raw)


Desiccated coconut - 4 cups + extra for sprinkling
Dark chocolate buttons - 1 1/2 cup
Coconut cream (works with thick coconut milk) - 1/2 cup + 1/3 cup
Maple syrup - 1/3 cup
Salt - A pinch



Blend together the desiccated coconut, 1/2 cup of coconut cream (or thick milk), maple syrup and a pinch of salt. In a square container place the mixture and pat it down to compact it. Freeze for 30 minutes

Mix the chocolate chips with 1/3 of coconut cream and melt them together, either in a pan on low heat of in the microwave with 15-sec intervales. Pour the melter chocolate mixture on top of the first layer. Sprinkle desiccated coconut on top. Freeze for 1 hour

Cut in smaller squares (or not...) and enjoy!
