How does it work?
In order to save you time and effort, we are happy to prepare orders for you for collection from the shop. Your items will be packaged in paper bags and we will dispense liquid refills into your own containers when you arrive to collect your order. To place an order for Click & Collect:

Click on our Shop menu, browse our products and add items you require to the shopping cart. You will find our loose food products are sold in multiples of 100g or 10g.

Select the Pick Up delivery option when checking out.

Pay for your order online. If there are any issues with your order we will contact you.

When we receive your order we will prepare it. We pack loose goods in recycled/recyclable paper bags which will have key information such as the best before date and allergens written on each bag. Liquid refills will be dispensed when you arrive to collect your order. Please do not forget to bring your own containers for your liquid refills.

Once you have received a notification to say that your order is ready for pick-up (usually within 36 hours), you are welcome to collect your order from the shop at any time during our opening hours.

If you have ordered items that cannot be packed in advance, e.g. chilled products, or certain other oily items such as ground almonds, then we will finalise packing your order upon your arrival.
- We do recommend all dried goods are transferred into dry, airtight containers and chilled and frozen items into fridges and freezers as soon as possible when you get home.
