PLEASE NOTE: We handle products that contain peanuts, nuts (tree nuts), soya, sulphur dioxide, gluten, sesame, celery and mustard. How does it work?

We are thrilled to be offering a huge range of products from cupboard staples to candies delivered straight to your door.

We deliver to all Cambridge City postcodes (i.e. CB1 - CB5), and the following postcodes around Cambridge: CB21, CB22, CB23, CB24, CB25, CB8 and CB9. 

    All orders placed before 8AM on Tuesday will be delivered the same week. If you are ordering baked goods please give us as much notice as possible to guarantee you receive the items you’d like. 

    We deliver on:

    • Weds evening (between 6:30PM and 8:30PM)
    • Thurs evening (between 6:30PM and 8:30PM) 
    • Friday morning (between 9:30PM and 2:00PM)

    Unless you let us know that you have a preferred delivery day, we will deliver your order on a day that takes into account grouping deliveries to ensure that we have a fuel-efficient route, and also whether you have ordered fresh items such fruit and vegetables (which are delivered to us on Thursday afternoons), bread and pastries. 

     

    Our delivery charges are as follows:

    For postcodes CB1, CB2, CB3, CB4 & CB5
    £2.50 for orders up to £30
    £1.50 for orders from £30 to £50
    FREE for orders over £50

    For postcodes CB21, CB22, CB23, CB24, CB25, CB8 & &CB9
    £5.00 for orders up to £30
    £3.00 for orders from £30 to £50
    FREE for orders over £50

     

    To place an order:

    1. Click on our Shop menu, browse our products and add items you require to the shopping cart. You will find our loose food products are sold in multiples of 100g or 10g.
    2. Select the Ship delivery option when checking out, and enter your address.
    3. On the next page, please enter any additional information in the Delivery Instructions box, in particular, whether you have a preferred delivery day (see above) and where we could leave your order in a safe, sheltered place if you’re not in. Please note that someone will need to be home to receive orders with chilled or frozen products as we cannot leave chilled or frozen goods unattended.  
    4. Pay for your order online.  If there are any issues with your order we will contact you.
    5. On the Tuesday before you receive your delivery we will schedule your delivery day and inform you of when to expect its arrival. On the day of your delivery we will pack your order. We pack loose goods in recycled/recyclable paper bags which will have key information such as the best before date and allergens written on each bag.
    6. Your order will be delivered by bike, on foot or hybrid electric vehicle. If you have purchased refills of liquid food items please leave any previously delivered bottle outside for us to collect when we deliver to you again. If you have ordered a cleaning product, body wash or shampoo refill please leave your container outside for us to refill for you.

     

    If you or someone you know does not have internet access please give us a call on 01223 353158 during our opening hours. We will create your order and take card payment over the phone.
