Ingredients in Steenbergs Organic Fairtrade Vanilla Extract - organic ethanol (alcohol), water, Fairtrade organic vanilla extractives. The ethanol is c. 45% of the mix and is a grain alcohol. The proportion of "vanilla" is c. 12.5%.
There is no added sugar in this organic Fairtrade vanilla extract and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
