Cooking Instructions: Pot: no need to defrost before use, Warm up the demeter spinach in a pot with a lid over at low heat, stirring occasionally. Microwave (700kw capacity): Heat the frozen spinach with 3 tsp of water in a covered microwave dish for approx. 9 minutes. Stir.
