Organic nut roast with chestnuts, almonds, brazils and walnuts, fresh vegetables, seeds and herbs packed inside a crispy polenta crust.

A nut roast for all! Packed with flavour and enough for two, who are you bringing to the plant-based party?

Ingredients: Organically produced: vegetables in varying proportions (44%) (sweet potato, carrot, onion, CELERY, leek, spinach), chestnut (27%), nuts (9%) (BRAZIL, WALNUT, ALMOND), polenta (7%), water*, seeds (3.5%) (sunflower, pumpkin, flax), cranberry (2%) (cranberry, apple juice concentrate, sunflower oil), tamari (water*, SOYA bean, salt*), bouillon (salt*, rice flour, onion, parsnip, carrot, olive oil, turmeric, parsley), tomato puree, MUSTARD, herbs and spices, sea salt* and love.

Cooking Instructions: Place nut roast on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. From chilled: 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas Mark 4 - 15-20 mins. From frozen: 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas Mark 5 35-40 mins. Allow to rest for a few minutes - then enjoy!

Storage Instructions: Keep refrigerated, below 5°C. Use by date shown. Once opened consume within 3 days.
