Gluten free pastry case filled with tomatoes, olives, courgettes and peppers.

The ultimate eggless quiche! This light tart has the ripe taste of summer all year round. Wonderful with fresh salads and crusty bread.

Ingredients: Organically produced: tomato (24%), gluten free flours (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), bell pepper (10%), onion, SOYA drink (water*, SOYA bean), sustainable palm oil, courgette (5%), okara (SOYA bean, water*), sunflower oil, olives (3%) (green, Kalamata), fennel, sea salt*, herbs and spices, garlic, bouillon (salt*, rice flour, onion, parsnip, carrot, olive oil, turmeric, parsley), cider vinegar, yeast flakes, apple juice concentrate, tomato puree, and love. *approved non organic

Cooking Instructions: Remove from packaging and place pie on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven.

From chilled:180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas Mark 4 for 15 -20 mins.

From frozen: 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6 for 40-45 mins
